How do I place an order?

If you're new to shopping online, don't worry! It's really easy. Browse through the site and when you find a product you like, just click the ADD TO CART button.

If you want to see a quick summary of all the items in your cart, just look for the tiny black cart on the upper right corner. If you want to continue shopping, click CONTINUE, otherwise click CHECKOUT. 

Once you're ready to pay, just click CHECKOUT and you can proceed with the checkout process. Here you'll be able to select your preferred payment method and shipping method.

You'll be asked to provide more information like your shipping address, phone number, etc. You will also be provided with all the payment details (bank account number, etc.) once you complete the checkout process. Don't forget to take note of the bank details as these will not be emailed to you.

How do I know if this product/shade is right for me?

Most of the product pages have swatch photos taken in natural and fluorescent light to help you get an idea of what the colors look like. You'll also find a shade guide and swatches on many of our goodies' pages.

I already placed an order but have't paid yet. I'd like to change the shade and add some items. How do I go about it?

The best way is to place a brand new order with all the new items, plus the items from your first order. Then, text CC at 09189078960 or  send an email to so that your first order can be cancelled.



How much is the shipping fee?

For Philippine orders, shipping is P80 for Metro Manila and P160 for Provincial areas. However, if your order is worth P1500 and up, shipping is FREE!

For international orders, shipping fee depends on the weight of your order, your address and your preferred shipping method (Express, EMS, Premium Registered Mail). To get a better idea of how much it will cost, try adding a few items to your cart and proceed with the checkout process. Just stop right before the Payment page if you're not ready to finalize your order. 

When will I receive my order?

Philippines via Grab/Ninjavan or other courier:

  • Metro Manila - 2-3 business
  • Provincial areas - 3-4 business days

IMPORTANT NOTE: These are only estimates, please expect delays especially during busy seasons.

International - Delivery depends on the shipment method you selected.

  • UPS - 1-3 business days
  • Express Mail Service (EMS) - 3-7 business days
  • Premium Registered Mail - 7-15 business days

What courier do you use?

  • Philippines - We use different couriers such as Grab Express, Ninjavan etc. depending on availability. 
  • International - EMS and Premium Registered Mail shipping methods 


What payment methods do you accept?
