Is this product/shade available?
All products are in stock unless otherwise marked on the website or announced on Facebook.
Something I like is out of stock! When will it be available again?
Most items are restocked within a month or so. If you want to be notified, send a text to 09189078960 or email email@example.com. We'll make sure you're the first to know when the goodies are back in stock!
Do you have a store that I can visit?
Yes! We have a small pop-up store inside POP by Retail Lab, Ground Floor, Power Plant Mall (across from Starbucks and Crepes & Cream).
You can also get your CC goodies by placing an online order here at carmenclaire.com. If you want to get up close and personal, CarmenClaire joins bazaars from time to time, especially during Christmas! How do I place an order?
If you're new to shopping online, don't worry! It's really easy. For every product that you want to purchase, just click the ADD TO CART button. You'll see a quick summary of all the items in your cart (and the total "damage") in the upper right corner of the page. Just look for the lipstick swatch that says VIEW CART.
Once you're ready to pay, just click VIEW CART and you can proceed with the checkout process. Here you'll be able to select your preferred payment method and shipping method (if applicable).
You'll be provided with all the payment details (bank account number, G-Cash number, LBC details, etc.) once you complete the checkout process.
How do I know if this product/shade is right for me?
Most of the product pages have swatch photos taken in natural and fluorescent light to help you get an idea of what the colors look like. If you want to know more, check out our Shade Finder page.

I already placed an order but have't paid yet. I'd like to change the shade and add some items. How do I go about it?
The best way is to place a brand new order with all the new items, plus the items from your first order. Then, text CC at 09189078960 or send an email to email@example.com so that your first order can be cancelled.
How much is the shipping fee?
For Philippine orders, shipping is P70 for Metro Manila and P110 for Provincial areas. However, if your order is worth P1100 and up, shipping is FREE!
For international orders, shipping fee depends on the weight of your order, your address and your preferred shipping method (Express, EMS, Premium Registered Mail). To get a better idea of how much it will cost, try adding a few items to your cart and proceed with the checkout process. Just stop right before the Payment page if you're not ready to finalize your order.
When will I receive my order?
Philippines via Xend Express
- Metro Manila - 1-2 business
- Provincial areas - 3-4 business days.
International - Delivery depends on the shipment method you selected.
- UPS - 1-3 business days
- Express Mail Service (EMS) - 3-7 business days
- Premium Registered Mail - 7-15 business days
How do I track my package?
Use this handy tracker tool below! Can't find your tracking number? Check your email! If it's not there, text 09189078960 or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for your tracking number to appear in the system. You can also track your package by calling Xend at (02) 8069363 or sending an email to email@example.com.
What courier do you use?
Xend Express handles all shipments for Metro Manila but passes them on to the following companies depending on the final destination:
- LBC or 2GO - Philippine orders delivered to provincial areas
- UPS - International orders placed under Express shipping method
- SingPost - International orders placed under EMS and Premium Registered Mail shipping methods
What payment methods do you accept?
CarmenClaire accepts TONS of payment methods to make it easier and more convenient for you to shop. Take your pick!

- Credit Card (securely processed via PayPal. You can pay this way even if you don't have a PayPal account)
- PayPal (a favorite for international customers!)
How will I know if my payment was received?
Once you complete payment, please text 09189078960 or email firstname.lastname@example.org with your payment details. Your payment will be verified before shipping.
NOTE: If you do not inform us that you completed payment, we won't be able to ship your order!
